As we approach the New Year, we invite you to be a part of a special project that celebrates our members from 22 countries and promotes unity within our diverse community. We’re excited to create a montage of “Happy New Year” greetings from around the world, showcasing the rich tapestry of our Sephardic U and Live Minyan family.
Why We’re Doing This: This project is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our unity in the community and spread the message of togetherness. By recording a short video saying “Happy New Year” from your country in your native language, and mentioning your country, you’ll contribute to a heartwarming montage that embodies the spirit of our community.
How to Participate:
- Find a Well-Lit Area: Choose a location with good lighting for clear visibility.
- Set Up Your Device: Place your smartphone on a stable surface, with the camera facing you.
- Position Yourself: Stand or sit comfortably in front of the camera, ensuring your face is well-framed.
- Check Audio: Speak clearly and audibly, minimizing background noise.
- Record the Video:
- iPhone: Open the Camera app, swipe to “Video” mode, press record, say “Happy New Year” in your language and mention your country, stop recording.
- Android: Open the Camera app, swipe to “Video” mode, tap record, say “Happy New Year” and mention your country, tap stop.
- Review the Recording: Preview the video to ensure quality and content.
- Save the Video: Save it to your device’s camera roll/gallery.
- Email the Video: Attach it to an email to social@sephardicu.com. Subject: Your Name – Language.
